Enlargement

Luckily, most serious Urologists do not offer penile enlargement surgery. But this is the Internet and you can find many who do offer "augmentation surgery" or whatever they call it, so I made a page about it.

As you can see on the page about Peyronie's, the average urologist isn't even able to straighten a bent penis without making it shorter. That should give you a clear expectation how much they can do to actually enlarge your penis via surgery.

I will briefly sum up some of the more common approaches and why you shouldn't go there:
Cutting the suspensory ligament: It will just destabilize your penis when erect. Yes, it will look bigger flaccid in the shower, but that's about it.
Injecting fillers: Be it cooking oil (Thailand) or fancy high-tech substances (USA), the cosmetic outcomes are often disappointing and corrective surgery is difficult and costly.
Wrapping it with silicone: Some surgeons implant a wrapper around the shaft making it thicker. It sounds like a terribly artificial idea to me. If you can tell silicone boobs from real ones, this surgery is not for you. If you just want to try having a fatter cock, buy a silicone sheath on Amazon. The reduced sensation you feel with the sheath around your shaft is comparable to what it will be like with the implant, I guess.

Note that none of the methods mentioned here enlarge your glans penis. So even if they produce a bigger shaft, your entire penis will then look out of proportion.

What actually works?
Once again I disagree with what most Urologists will tell you. They simply tell you that there is no non-surgical way to enlarge your penis and it's all just a scam.

While most enlargement creams and pills advertised on the Internet really are a scam, there is a proven way to enlarge your penis. But it takes a lot of patience and is not risk-free.

There are many online communities with thousands of men active in the penile enlargement world, and what they do is to use specific massage and pulling techniques over several months to gain length and girth.
Some communities are:
https://www.pegym.com/forums/
https://www.thundersplace.org/

I have personally seen a man (and his penis) who gained 1 inch in length by simple pulling and "jelqing" exercises. He combined it with meditation, but I think that part was not contributing too much.

What are the risks:
If you catch your self already hurting yourself working out too hard at the gym or playing sports, you are not a good candidate for manual penile enlargement. You need the patience to stick to the advice given in the forums and not go harder or skip the warm-up just because you get impatient and want more results sooner. If you are that kind of type, I can almost guarantee you, you will end up hurting your dick. Look the forums, there are many posts of people with painful erections, erectile dysfunction (especially after intense vacuum pumping! don't go there at all!) or "hard flaccids".

Welcome to Alternative Urology

Dear readers, I am aware that this blog/website is still a work in progress. My goal is to provide reliable information about treatments in the field of urology that your urologist probably won't tell you about. Why? He didn't learn in med school because the establishment doesn't want doctors to know. He didn't read it in journals because he chooses not to keep up to date with research (a very common phenomenon as this time doesn't earn him money) He is afraid of liability lawsuits if he doesn't follow the treatment protocol he learned in med school He can make far more profit offering the conventional treatments he learned in med school How do the treatments I recommend on this website differ from standard urological practices? They are much gentler on your body They take into account possible side effects beyond the urogenital area (systemic effects, e.g. cancer risks, psychosocial consequences, aesthetic considerations) They have lower ris
